in air conditioners and refrigerators.

Poll: Trump support eroding with his base [Politico,
8/7/17]: In a fresh survey from CNN, conducted by the independent research
company SSRS, Trump’s “strong approval” among Republicans has dropped from 73
percent in February, shortly after he took office, to 59 percent now. Overall,
83 percent of Republicans approve of Trump’s performance, with 14 percent
disapproving.

whether the voting system in the U.S. was compromised by the Russians, hackers
at Defcon were hard at work trying to understand the vulnerabilities.

Trump’s Transgender Tweet: The
Military Benefits of Fortifying Pro-Dignity and Anti-Discrimination Norms
[Justia, 8/8/17]: Professor Wexler explains why the U.S. military would benefit
from strengthening its pro-dignity and anti-discrimination norms, rather than
implementing divisive discriminatory policies such as President Trump’s recent
tweet regarding transgender service members. Wexler points to concrete ways
