and make it more just.
Constitutional Gaps
Don't Taint Tribal Convictions [CNS, 6/13/16]: Dealing a blow to a woman-beater whose tribal convictions are not up to
U.S. constitutional snuff, the Supreme Court ruled Monday that federal
prosecutors can charge the man as a habitual offender. Michael Bryant Jr. racked up more than 100
tribal-court convictions while living on a reservation in Montana for the
Northern Cheyenne Tribe, according to the ruling.

Plante: Orlando shooting: Hate speech lit the fuse [Op-Ed
in the Desert Sun, 6/12/16]: Every anti-gay politician, every bigoted preacher,
every self-hating bully has blood on his hands. Make no mistake about it, the
shooting in Orlando which targeted the LGBT community was the end result of
