which are likely to be consolidated under the name Zubik v. Burwell, represent
the Court’s second foray into this space in less than two years. The last
foray, of course, was the Court’s decision in Burwell v. Hobby Lobby,
which upset a longstanding balance between religious objectors and others who
benefit from the laws that these objectors find objectionable.
