Law Day 2016: Can you name all of your Miranda rights? OR Why do you think teaching about criminal procedure is important? [ABA Division for Public Education] The idea is to set up a video camera and allow people to try to name all of the Miranda rights, then edit it together for a fun video that will appear on the Law Day website. This is from the conference schedule of the National LRE Conference, Oct. 29-30, in Philly, at the National Constitution Center! The theme is “The Bill of Rights in the Digital Era.” This should be a great conference! EVERY session looks worthwhile.
